Exactly right!
I use this thought experiment. If eight skilled woodworkers in a shop each work one hour a day at tasks other than woodworking, cleaning up, answering the phone, shipping, accounting, on and on…if they hire someone to do all that for them, then that’s eight hours a day of extra woodworking that gets done. It’s like hiring another skilled woodworker. So in effect, the new unskilled worker is ‘doing’ skilled labor.
We all contribute, equally.
