Having found in my head a memory of my mother, doesn't my reality now include that memory? So the memory is real, part of my reality?

Having found in my thoughts the concept of 'everything,' doesn't my reality now include that concept? So the concept is real, part of my reality?

Or is my memory and my thoughts mere highway markers on my personal 'road to nowhere'?
