If what you say is true, that, “Who and what you are is exactly the same without the shell you identify with,” then what we have been taught is what we teach ourselves.

We live our world.

To live in a world anew, and this is the challenge, isn’t it, we must create that world anew. That is what you strive to do. That is what I strive to do. That is what many strive to do.

To say “you have been taught poorly” is to say we are poor teachers. Without meaning to do so it belittles us. All of us.

We haven’t been taught poorly, anymore than a Kindergarten teacher teaches her class poorly because algebra isn’t on the syllabus!

We each perfectly reflect who we are, just as the world around us perfectly reflects who we are back at us.
